Delamina is a restaurant that offers Eastern Mediterranean cuisine with Israeli influences. A modern, bright, minimal place that welcomes its customers inside this place with fresh, simple and natural colours. A healthy cuisine, traditional at the same time, keeps the Middle Eastern tradition alive. The managers, Limor and Amir, are a couple of Israeli origins who have decided to export Middle Eastern flavours and traditions to London in the heart of the metropolis, Covent Garden.
