About Us
A lively restaurant with an open kitchen, wood oven, large grill and bar. The head chef leads the team in the kitchen and creates nose-to-tail seasonal dishes inspired by flavours from around the world. Every cut is taken, and the whole animal creates delicious and exciting menus: lowest waste and highest taste. A slow food ethos is proudly followed, taking pleasure in the food but with a commitment to the community and the environment. This means the ingredients are of the finest quality by working closely with small independent producers, including the family farm and Cornish fisherman, sourcing freshly caught fish direct from the docks. The poultry, livestock, eggs, vegetables and fruit are now from Haye Farm.
