Santo Mare is a new fish market restaurant concept that offers you the best of Italian cuisine and wine excellence. You will only find fish caught in Italy and controlled in the supply chain between the sea and your table (your table). Why restaurants and fish markets? Because at Santo Mare, you can choose the day's catch directly from the restaurant window. There are only seasonal products on the various menus, raw and cooked with skill and Italian flair by the chefs. You can taste the bluefin tuna tartare from the Mediterranean Sea and the Sicilian red prawn carpaccio among the many specialities. For the first courses, in a rich menu, you will find linguine with lobster, spaghetti with clams and tagliolini with scampi and lemon; for the main courses, whole sea bass in salt and stewed red mullet.
