About Us
ZOILO is a contemporary Argentinian grill in Marylebone, central London. Patron Chef Diego Jacquet and Head Chef Gian Mario Tommeacciu create a rigorously seasonal menu using the finest British ingredients alongside well-known Argentinian beef. The service and wine list are equally curated by general manager Sebastien Guilleminault, with authentic old-school hospitality and a carefully selected exclusive Argentinian list. Alongside a selection of classics, small producers and lesser-known varieties and regions are explored.
